1) Overview

Due to the research-only nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds. All sales are final.

This policy should be read alongside our Terms & Conditions and Shipping & Delivery pages.

2) Lost or Damaged Parcels

  • If the carrier (Royal Mail) confirms your parcel is lost or damaged, you may choose either a replacement or a refund.
  • Please email info@buyretatrutide.net with your order number and a brief description.
  • For damaged items, contact us within 7 days of the delivery confirmation. For non‑delivery, contact us after a reasonable time has passed and no later than 10 working days from dispatch so we can start a claim.

3) Order Cancellation

  • If you need to cancel an order, please contact us before dispatch. We will do our best to help.
  • After dispatch, orders cannot be cancelled under this policy. (Your statutory rights are not affected.)

4) Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.

5) Risk of Loss

Risk of loss or damage transfers to you once the parcel is confirmed as delivered in the carrier’s tracking. See our Terms & Conditions for details.

6) Refund Method (if applicable)

Where a refund is issued (e.g., for a carrier‑confirmed lost/damaged parcel), it will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 working days for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.
