2. Product Use

  • All products are supplied for laboratory research only.
  • Products are not medicines.
  • Products are not for human consumption or veterinary use.

3. Age Requirement

You must be 18 years or older to place an order. By completing a purchase, you confirm you meet this age requirement.

3A. Checkout Acknowledgement

At checkout you will be required to confirm that you are 18+ and that your order is solely for in vitro research use. You also acknowledge that products are not medicines and not for human or veterinary use. Orders cannot be placed without this acknowledgement.

4. Order Acceptance & Refusals

  • We may refuse or cancel any order where there is reason to believe products will be used for human, veterinary, or clinical purposes.
  • We may cancel orders suspected of misuse, fraud, or any activity that breaches these Terms.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently ship to the UK only.
  • Orders placed before 2pm will usually be dispatched the same day.
  • Orders under £150: Royal Mail Tracked 24.
  • Orders over £150: Royal Mail Special Delivery.
  • All shipments are insured.
  • Free shipping applies to all orders at this time.

6. Risk of Loss

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the parcel is confirmed as delivered on tracking records.

7. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the research‑only nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds. All sales are final.
  • If a parcel is confirmed as lost or damaged by Royal Mail, we will offer the customer either a replacement or a refund, at the buyer’s choice.
  • Your statutory rights are not affected.

8. Privacy & Data

We process personal data in line with our Privacy Policy, which is available on a separate page of this website.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text and images, may be copied or reused provided that full credit is given to us as the original source.

  • We accept no liability for misuse of our products, including any use for human or veterinary purposes.
  • We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of business, profits, or data.
